New York Visit:

St Loman’s are going International! Next Wednesday the 26th at 6.30 pm our under 14 Feile finalists take on New York! If that wasn’t enough the Westmeath under 14s take on New York at 7.30 on the same night. Come along to Lakepoint Park next Wednesday to see our festival of football against our guests from the USA

Golf Classic:

St Loman’s annual golf classic takes place in Mullingar Golf Club on Friday 28th of June. The timesheet is filling up fast- so if you want to book a slot contact Declan Cox or Aidan Davitt. Also if anybody is interested in sponsoring a tee-box or green for €100 contact either of the two previously mentioned.

Under 14 Bronze All Ireland Final:

Well done to Westmeath under 14 Ladies on their all Ireland final victory after defeating Derry by a score line of 4-16 to 1-09. A huge achievement for players and management including our own Rachel & Niamh McKenna, Alysha Brown and Caoimhe Kilmurray. Also a well done to Ted Cronin who is part of the management team.

Under 10 Blitz:

Our Under 10 boys continued their hectic schedule on Saturday morning when Rosemount, Milltownpass and Ballycomoyle were the visitors to Lakepoint Park for the latest county blitz. We fielded three teams against them with all the boys getting maximum playing time. Keep up the great work boys.

Under 6’s:

Our u6s made their seasonal debut on Friday evening in The Downs. The boys and girls really showed off the skills that they have been learning over the last few months. It was great to see the joy on the faces of our youngest players (and some of our oldest members as they watched their grandchildren) on a lovely evening. A big thank you to Val and The Downs GAA for hosting us and for the refreshments after.
