Congratulations:

Congratulations to Cullion Hurling Club following their Championship quarter final victory against Clann na Gael on a score line of 4-9 to 1-10.

Commiserations to Clonkill Hurling Club Official on their defeat to Ballyhale Shamrocks but nevertheless put in a tremendous effort against the Kilkenny side on a score-line of 2-15 to 3-21.

Commiserations to Peamount United and Lucy McCartan after being beaten 3-2 by Wexford youths in the Ladies FAI Cup final. Nevertheless a wonderful achievement to reach the final two years in a row and play in the Aviva stadium.

Minor Championship:

St Loman’s Mullingar 4-16 Mullingar Shamrocks 3-03

Well done to our minor girls who defeated Mullingar Shamrocks by a sixteen point margin to guarantee a semi-final place. Goals from Vicky Carr, Niamh Egerton and a double from Renee McTiernan were instrumental as the blues ran out comfortable winners.
